Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Return request made within 7 days of delivery

For hygiene reasons, used bath mats cannot be returned unless defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

Change of Mind Returns
