Return Policy (7 Days)

We want you to love what you check out. If something isn’t quite right, our returns are simple and transparent.
You may return an item within 7 days of receiving your order, provided it meets the conditions below.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- The item must not be a sale/clearance item (unless defective)
For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be returnable once opened. This will be clearly indicated on applicable product pages.
- If the product is defective or incorrect: we cover the return courier fee
- If the product is being returned for change of mind: return courier costs are for the customer
Once we receive and inspect your item:
- Refunds are issued within 5–7 working days
- Refunds are processed via your original payment method
- Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly supplied
Items may be exchanged for another product of the same value, depending on stock availability.
