Warranty Policy

We’ve checked a lot to bring you quality products — but if something slips through, we’ve got you covered.

All Checkalot products come with a 60-day limited warranty covering:

 

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty materials
  • Structural defects that appear through normal use

This warranty does not cover:

 

  • Accidental damage, mishandling or misuse
  • Wear and tear from everyday use
  • Water damage on items not specified as water-resistant
  • Damage caused by incorrect cleaning or storage
  • Altered or modified products

If you suspect a defect:

 

  1. Email support@checkalot.co.za with your order number and photos/videos of the issue
  2. Our team will assess the item within 3–5 working days
  3. If approved, we will offer one of the following:

    • A replacement of the same product
    • Store credit
    • A refund (depending on stock and the nature of the defect)

If the defect is valid, we cover all courier costs.
 If not, the customer may be liable for courier fees.
